The Bhopal district administration on Sunday imposed curfew in three police station limits and restrictions on meeting in another areas as a precautionary measure over a development work by a neighborhood within the previous metropolis space.
The order, issued by Bhopal District Justice of the Peace Avinash Lavania, stated a neighborhood is finishing up development within the previous metropolis and there’s a chance of opposition by locals.
The Madhya Pradesh capital is “delicate from communal standpoint”, therefore the choice to impose curfew has been taken, the order stated.
The curfew has been clamped in Hanumanganj, Tila Jamalpura and Gautam Nagar police station areas of the previous metropolis until additional orders, Extra Collector Dilip Yadav stated.
Apart from, prohibitory orders beneath Felony Process Code (CrPC) Part 144 have been imposed in 11 different police station areas – Shahjahanabad, Chhola Mandir, Nishatpura, Talaiya, Mangalwara, Ashoka Backyard, Aishbagh, Jahangirabad, Station Bajaria, Berasia and Najirabad.
Deputy Inspector Basic, Bhopal, Irshad Wali advised reporters that police have barricaded these areas and safety personnel have been deployed there.
