Jupiter’s mighty Picross series will get a ninth installment tomorrow on Switch -By Fsk

It’s been seven months since the last installment of developer Jupiter’s mighty Picross puzzle series on Switch, which means maybe some fans are in need of a fresh fix right now. Luckily, help is on the way, with the Picross S9 officially launching tomorrow, April 27th.

This ninth mainline series entry on Switch introduces a total of 485 new puzzles, so there’s plenty of fresh deductive, dot-plopping column action going on. Of these, 300 are Picross and Mega Picross puzzles, 150 are clip Picross, 30 are color Picross, and the remaining five are additional puzzles – three of which require you to link Play Data to the Picross S6, S7, and S8.

Additionally, the local co-op mode introduced in the previous installment of Picross makes a return in S9, meaning up to four players can work together to solve its new puzzles.
