A crew of civic officers was allegedly assaulted by 4 males after they went to take away an unlawful cricket turf within the western suburb of Borivali in Mumbai, police mentioned on Wednesday.
The incident came about on Tuesday when a crew from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Company went to demolish the unlawful sports activities set-up, an official mentioned.
On the premise of a grievance, sub-engineer Anand Adhav together with different officers took JCB machines to the bottom to take away the turf, he mentioned.
